Return & Refund Policy
At Sublime Reptiles, we take pride in providing healthy, captive-bred reptiles and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of selling live animals, our return and refund policy is different from standard retail products. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All reptiles purchased from Sublime Reptiles are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee when shipped via our approved overnight shipping methods.
To qualify for the Live Arrival Guarantee:
– Someone must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
– The package must be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
– Weather conditions must be within safe shipping ranges determined by our team.
If an animal arrives deceased (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery and provide:
– Clear photos of the reptile
– Photos of the packaging and shipping label
Once verified, Sublime Reptiles will offer either:
– A replacement animal, or
– Store credit for the purchase amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Health Guarantee
We provide a 30-day health guarantee on all reptiles purchased from Sublime Reptiles.
If your reptile develops a serious health issue within 30 days of arrival:
– Contact us immediately with clear photos and a description of the issue.
– A licensed reptile veterinarian report may be required.
If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement reptile or store credit. We do not reimburse veterinary expenses unless previously approved by our team.
Returns
Due to the stress associated with shipping and handling live animals, we do not accept returns on live reptiles.
All sales are considered final once the animal has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipping for store credit.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sublime Reptiles is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Shipping Delays
We reserve the right to delay shipments if weather conditions are unsafe for the animal. The safety and well-being of the reptile always comes first.
