I had a bit of a mixed experience with Sublime Reptiles. On one hand, my new bearded dragon, Ember, is absolutely amazing—healthy, vibrant, and full of personality. The team was super helpful in answering all my questions, and I’m really happy with Ember.
That said, there was a slight hiccup with the delivery. Ember was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but he didn’t get here until Wednesday. I understand delays can happen, and the team did keep me updated, but it was a little stressful waiting an extra day.
Overall, I’m thrilled with Ember and the quality of care he received, but I hope the shipping process can be a bit more reliable in the future. Still, I’d recommend Sublime Reptiles —just maybe plan for a little flexibility with delivery dates!”
